　　本以为上上周的考题就很奇葩了，结果上周的题目真可谓是一葩更比一葩奇。

　　警察带枪执法会导致更高水平的暴力。本题其实并不复杂，无奈很多考生心思繁乱，反而越构思越凌乱，最后竟无从下笔了。

　　本题大家根本没必要去讨论这个地区的枪支管制问题，其实一概而论才好讨论。如果大家简单地把不同国家分成“控枪”和“拥枪”两类，反而没有逻辑也没有必要。

　　开头段简单介绍背景，随后点题。并且直接表明了笔者立场。带枪执法就是会导致更多更严重的暴力犯罪。

　　Primarily,while law-executors are equipped with guns,universally known as lethal weapons,lawbreakers are correspondingly going to be armed with guns too,whether it be in the country with or without strict control of guns.For gaining an advantage over police in a gunfight,some offenders even take military weapons with them while committing crimes.That can explain why in some cases a simple theft can deteriorate into a gunfire,which finally is regarded as a felony in most regions of the world.This is like the game theory:the weapon race happens between policemen and criminals.

　　主一段的观点很简单，其实这就是博弈论。警察配枪执法，那么犯罪分子同样也会武装自己。在控枪严格的国家，犯罪分子还是能搞到杀伤性武器，在控枪不严格的国家他们甚至会弄到军用武器。

　　在1997年，美国好莱坞发生一起银行劫案，两位劫匪手持AK，对最先到场的警员各种扫射。而警员手里只有手枪，火力完全不在一个水平线上。此外，由于犯罪分子不断武装自己，有一些原本简单的盗窃犯罪，也可能升级成为枪战。

　　这里补充一下，1997年的劫案在一定程度上修改了美国警察的配枪条例。其实两位劫匪都手持重武器，说是AK，但网上也有另一种说法。大家可以自行网搜。去银行抢劫，都是为了现金。拿那么多重武器，就直接导致不能携带更多的现金。所以，劫匪在选择武器装备的时候也是两难。拿手枪可能打不过警察，拿重武器，那钱怎么搬运？

　　简而言之，大家觉得警察的配枪是震慑犯罪分子，其实犯罪分子早就计划好了，想用重武器震慑一切。

　　More significantly,policemen are usually thought to be responsible,reliable and justicial gun-owners.Nevertheless,in some countries there are thousands of cases reported a year in media on the misuse of guns of law enforcers.Without any doubt,in all countries there are rigorous rules on when,how and where police can use guns,whereas in some emergent situations they might use guns unnecessarily due to their undue mental tension or the wrong judgement of howcriminal suspects are going to behave.Using guns in this moment canto a great extent help them avoid the risk,although sometimes they are not able to clearly understand what will happen.Therefore,tragedies occur,and the level of violence ascends.

　　警察持枪，谁又能保证警察不会滥用枪支呢？他们对枪支的滥用，这也是暴力犯罪啊。但凡关注点社会新闻的小伙伴们，肯定知道“弗洛伊德”“2700万美元”这两个词是什么意思吧。在执法过程中，很多时候都是千钧一发之际，警员很难做出所谓的最正确决定。稍有差池，后果不堪设想。过度执法就是暴力犯罪。

　　In summary,guns in the hand of criminals cause violence undoubtedly,and in terms of police the situation is the same.Therefore,the widespread use of non-lethal police weapons is what can solve this problem substantially,with which police can deter outlaws fromviolating laws without leading to more violent crimes.

　　说到这里大家肯定心有不服。认为警察只有拿枪才能保护自己，才能阻止犯罪。其实事实并非如此。一些非杀伤性武器在执法过程中也完全可以起到关键的作用。反而，这些非杀伤性武器的使用，不会过度刺激犯罪分子。被警枪指着，很多犯罪分子就会想到以死相博。

　　但是，面对警察的电击枪，伸缩棍，抓捕网等警具，很多犯罪分子可能也会更加珍爱自己的生命。所以，只要枪支在社会中频繁出现，公众的安全就会受到威胁，无论枪在谁的手里。

　　美国队长一个盾牌搞定一切，雷神拿个锤子维护正义。绿巨人更不用说了，徒手KO各种暴徒。这些都是非杀伤性警用武器的代表，不是非枪不可的。
