In today's society many companies put a lot of importance on how their employees dress.som people think that companies should only care about the performance of their employees.But in my pinton,employees attire is important,depending their place of work.
On the one hand,for a company,the work performance of its employees is more important than a dress code.If a firm orces Its employees to wear a uniforn Its employees will inevitably lo lose some of their drive and creat ity.For example,Google's dress code is You must wear clothes In such a relaxing atmosphere,employees will trust their team more and be a more oyal team member too.As a result,they will continue to perfom better and better year in year out.Modem enterprises must keep up with the times.Therefore,great companies do not restrict a person's freedom to be an individual.
On a different note,it seems that at least two types of job need to enforce a dress code.Firstly,those companies require their employees who must wear a uniform to meet with customers in person,face-to-face because they do not only represent themselves but they also represent the company.If they do not leave a good impression on the customer,the customer may not wish to continue doing business with the company.Secondly,people who work for a bank,hospital or a bus company in the public sector should also wear a uniform.It can be quite crowded in these places of work and it is vital to be able to know who work there and who do not.Therefore,uniforms are symbolic in these places of work.
In conclusion,I maintain that we should not force all employees in all lines of work to adhere to a dress code.

另一方面,似乎至少有两种类型的工作需要强制执行着装要求。首先,需要面对面与客户交流的公司员工必须穿制服,因为这些员工不仅代表自己,而且代表公司。如果他们没有给客户留下好印象,客户可能就不希望继续与公司合作做生意了。其次,在公共部门为银行、医院或公交公司工作的人也应该穿制服。这些工作场所可能非常拥挤,了解些人在那里工作及哪些人不在那里工作至关重要。因此,在这些工作场所制服是一种象征。
总之,我认为我们不应该强迫所有工作领域的所有员工都遵守着装规定。
