　　The person I want to introduce is Charles,who is one of the most amicable people I know.He is my classmate as well as my best friend.

　　In the second semester of grade nine,I accidentally broke my ankle when I got tripped over by a pit.I was not able walk without my crutch during the recovery which made my daily life very inconvenient.At school,Charles took good care of me by doing everything that require me to walk for me.For instance,helping me to hand in my assignments and delivering the lunch to my seat.He also carried me up the stairs when we had tutorials in other classrooms.At the end of that semester,although the stress of study was intense,Charles told me that he could be reached for any help during the exam weeks.I was extremely touched after hearing such words and was so glad to have such a kind friend like him.

　　Moreover,his kindness not only reflects from how he treats his friends.When one of our classmate got ill,he tends to step into the breach and finish the task for the others.During the Covid-19 outbreak,he volunteered to help the local community fight against the pandemic.He was in charge of making records for each person’s temperature of our whole grade.To be honest,Charles did not gain any benefit out of such behaviour but he was willing to contribute to the school.

　　I feel like Charles is born with a sense of responsibility and friendliness,which both are precious qualities I should learn.
