“聚会上遇到的人”是一道人物类的题，题目的重点在于你遇到了谁、聊了什么以及聊天的感受。串题思路上，和“有趣的老人”、“认识的不同文化的人”、“一顿不寻常的饭”、“熟人的好消息”、“分享事物”、“向旅游者推荐的地方”会比较契合，可以放在一起准备，下面给出几组串题思路。

你去参加朋友聚会，这顿饭非常特殊，因为是朋友的乔迁之喜，在这顿饭上我遇到了一个陌生人，在聊天过程中你跟对方分享了某些事物，发现对方也有同样的喜好，你们聊得非常投机。

Last month, I attended a housewarming party hosted by one of my friends. The atmosphere was lively, and I met many interesting people. Among them, one person I particularly enjoyed talking with was a guy named Peter.

Peter was a friend of the host and worked as a graphic designer. We bumped into each other at the snack table, where we both reached for the last piece of bruschetta at the same time. We laughed about it and decided to split the last piece. That was the beginning of our conversation.
