最新！英国大学罢工投票结果公示，剑桥、圣安德鲁斯等41所高校同意罢工！

　　英国大学又要罢工了！11月1日投票结果公布！上百万大学生将受影响！

　　今年9月，在英国大学工会（UCU）的支持下，包括剑桥大学、牛津大学、KCL、曼大、杜伦大学、格拉斯哥大学、华威大学、布里斯托大学、伯明翰大学在内的69所英国大学对是否采取罢工行动进行了投票。

　　11月1日，投票结果出来了，41所英国大学同意罢工！

　　据英国媒体报道，这次罢工行动预计将影响到上百万大学生！

　　英国Tab网站：英国大学与学院工会（UCU）成员投票支持新一轮罢工，可能影响41所大学

　　目前还不知道具体的罢工时间，据报道，UCU将于近日开会讨论下一步如何行动。此次投票的有效期是6个月，这意味着从现在开始到明年春天老师们都有可能开始罢工，不过法律规定工会需要在罢工开始前2周通知大学！

　　英国大学为什么又闹罢工？

　　这次罢工的导火索，是大学养老金计划（USS）。

　　英国大学的教职员工在此次投票中支持针对养老金、工资和工作条件等问题进行罢工行动。

　　这次UCU展开了2轮投票，一个是针对要求调整退休金计划（USS）的投票，43所高校职员参与投票，41所院校过半同意（79%）；

　　另一个是针对薪资、临时工制、平等和工作量的投票，54所高校职员参与，52所院校过半同意（74%）。

　　英国大学内部闹起了纠纷，教职员工一言不合要罢工，惨的却是留学生们。

　　明明每年付着高昂的学费，还要被迫停课，耽误学习进度，甚至还有可能耽误考试！
