【鲜菇杂谈】一次失败的砍价


“老板,这条粉色的围巾我可以试一下嘛?”

“可以,我给你拿”

“老板,这条围巾怎么卖啊?”一边照着镜子,一边打听价格。

“80。”

“25吧,我微信支付。”

“不卖。”

“哦。”


我摘下围巾,说了句谢谢,然后转身离开,店主也没有追出来。曾经的砍价大师遭遇挫败,有点儿感慨旧时风光不再。


不再是20岁的时候在服装城把要价70块的帽子15块拿下的日子了。如今,疲于讨价还价的我,没有再回去买下那条售价80的围巾,而是去逛了一个不能讲价的精品店,花了299买了一条水蓝色的毛绒短围巾。


回家之后,又跑去Burberry官网搜索了今年最新款的大围巾。来来去去竟然花了几千块。如果当时,那位老板爽快地答应25卖给我,就不会有后续这么多的消费了。


但是,我理解,实体店的生意不好做,租金不低,顾客也不多。店主们傲娇起来了,疲于争吵了,挺好,一句“不卖”省了她很多口舌,而我也的确不想花高价买下一条质量和价格不符的产品。


故事讲到这里,其实都是在为今天的口语话题做铺垫。


最新的1月考题出了一个关于讨价还价的话题,每道题都不太好答,接下来我们一个一个看



第一题

What kind of shopsallow bargaining with the shop owner?


这道题问我们什么样的店铺是可以跟店主讨价还价的,很明显是那种自主经营的小店,不是什么大品牌,店员本身也是老板。

The shop where we can bargain is usually not a chained shop that has a relatively famous label like Zara or Starbucks. We can bargain in some smallshops that are located in a community like clothes shops or a fruit shop. Also, in some special department stores where the shop assistants are usually the owners of the business, bargaining is allowed and quite necessary because the price they ask for is usually much higher than the real cost of the product. For example, in such places, the price tag on a backpack could be 150, we can buy it for 35 in the end after bargaining.


我们可以讨价还价的店铺一定不是有名气的品牌连锁店,比如Zara或星巴克。我们可以在一些小区附近的服装店或水果店讲价。也有一些商城,里面的店员一般也是老板,这种地方讨价还价很必要,因为他们会要价很高。比如说,有些地方,一个背包标价150,我们讲价之后,35就能买下来。



第二题

How do people inChina bargain?


中国人如何讨价还价?这项技能啊,男女老少水平参差不齐,我们可以举例来说明。

Well, the ones who are good at bargaining are usually very brave. For example, if a dress cost 70 yuan, a middle-aged lady may want to take it by payingonly 20 yuan. In the beginning, the shop owner would pretend to beangry and says things like: It’s impossible, for this quality, the price I ask is reasonable. At this time, we can pretend to leave. In many situations, the owner would ask us to come back and argue more.However, as long as we are asked to be back, it means that we can definitely buy it with 20 yuan.


擅长讲价的人胆子都比较大。比如,一条裙子卖70,一个中年大妈可能花20就拿下了。一开始,店主可能会假装不开心,说:不行的,这质量,我这个要价很合理的。这个时候,如果我们假装离开,一般店主都会再把我们叫回去商量商量。其实,只要我们被叫了回去,我们就赢了,20拿下不成问题。



第三题

Do Chinese peopleoften bargain?


这个要看性格,也和年龄段有关。

It depends on where we go for shopping. Also, it’s related to the consumers’personality. Many young people consider it very trouble some to bargain, so they would choose to shop in a place where the prices are fixed. However, some middle-aged and senior people may enjoy bargaining in a market very much.


中国人是否经常讲价要看我们去哪买东西,也取决于大家的个性。很多年轻人认为讲价很麻烦,所以只喜欢去专卖店买东西。然而,中老年群体一般不怕麻烦,比较喜欢去市场讲价。



第四题

How do you feel about bargaining?


我有些疲于讲价了,但我也曾经享受其中。

Personally speaking,I seldom visit places where I can bargain these years. I just want to choose and pay in 5 minutes and to save my time. However, if I visita place where I need to bargain, I may bargain a little bit. It would give me a sense of achievement when I pay only 15 for a pair of gloves when the owner asks for 50.


最近几年,我很少去可以讲价的地方买东西了,我只想选好商品然后付款,5分钟结束购物。然而,如果我去了一个需要讲价的地方,我会试着杀杀价,如果能花15块买下要价50的手套我会很有成就感。
